Carlton Byrd has television and film credits that include the popular series “Blue Bloods” (CBS), “Law & Order: SVU” (NBC) and “Close” (Official Selection Sundance 2011).

Carlton’s theater credits include, “Antebellum” as the lead character Gabriel Gift (Wooly Mammoth), “Two lives of Napo- leon Beazeley,” as Napoleon (Incumbo Theater Co.); “Romeo & Juliet” as Balthasar/ Benvolio (Classical Theater of Harlem Tours); “Aint Supposed to Die a Natural Death” as Junebug; “The Bacchae-Warsaw” as Pentheus (International Theater Festival) and several NYU Graduate films.

Carlton also won the 2007 Ron Howard Foundation Award for an NYU Scholarship and holds a B.A. from NYU Tisch School of Drama.
